If you've never heard of Sophie Hudson aka Boo Mama, you are missing out, my friends! I was first "introduced" to Sophie Hudson through Jamie Ivey's podcast "The Happy Hour." I loved listening to her interviews and have enjoyed her Insta-stories. She's hysterical! Go listen to her latest chat with Jamie here. Sophie also hosts her own podcast with Melanie Shankle over at The Big Boo Cast! If you're looking for a fun podcast to listen to, The Big Boo Cast would be perfect for you.

Sophie Hudson has a heart for young girls and has a passion for guiding and mentoring them to become young women for Christ. She has recently published a 100 day devotional called All in All Journaling Devotional. Throughout this book, Sophie gives practical advice, provides humor and laughs, and Biblical encouragement for 100 days. Each day has a few prompts to journal and write or doodle.

I love how Sophie is so conversational. When I read her devotions, it's like I'm reading a letter from a friend. She is so real and down to earth in her stories and application.

While this book is mostly geared toward teenage girls, it can really be for any woman of any age who needs encouragement. I think it would make a perfect Mother/Daughter devotional for moms and daughters wanting to connect on another level. It would also be a great tool for a young women's Bible study group. Seriously, all you ladies need to grab this devotional! You can get All in All Journaling Devotional on Amazon and Christianbook.com. Let me know if you get Sophie's devotional or if you already have it!
